Sparklers, fountains, smoke and novelty items generally don't need one. Aerial items like cakes, rockets, Roman candles and artillery shells usually require a user's permit from your town, village or city. Rules vary by municipality, so check locally before your show — and if you're unsure, ask us.

We're at S3570 County Road M in Fountain City, WI — just across the bridge from Winona, MN. Head about ½ mile toward Fountain City, turn onto County Road M past George's Bar, and we're about ⅒ mile up on the right.
